It’s been a fairly mild winter until this last week and I guess we are making up for it now! But, wow! It’s beautiful and bless you to all the hard working city workers keeping the streets clear for us. Thank you to the businesses that have managed to stay open and welcome the community in. Thanks to the WSDOT for keeping I-90 clear for those of us that commute back and forth to the west side. This place is magical. The entire community and we are thankful to be a part of it.

Roslyn homes for sale are few and far between. That’s pretty typical most of the time anyway, but especially when it is frigid cold. If Buyers are out looking now then they are the hard core serious ones so let them in! Interest rates slowed the overall state market a bit, but they have ticked back down some as of last week and with that comes renewed interest in real estate. If you want to sell even now, it isn’t ideal weather wise, but you will stand out among the few listings that there are. Competition is low for sellers and there is an active buyer pool looking for property in Roslyn right now.
