The story is similar in the commercial and vacant land arena with vacant land offering the most opportunity currently. We just got a great piece of vacant land in town under contract, but did so with multiple offers. Anything that is priced right is selling fairly quickly. Right now, there is only one home for sale in Roslyn! There are four that are pending in escrow ranging from $365,000 to $599,000, and there are 3 that have sold in the last 30 days ranging from $215,000 to $459,000.
