Roslyn Mexican Grill – Just going to start there. If you want Roslyn Living at it’s most delicious and spiciness, then go here. I always judge a Mexican place by the salsa and this one does not disappoint, but what truly impresses me the most about this restaurant, is the fact that their vegan menu is surprising and delightful with ingredients like grilled cactus. My meat eating companions are also very in awe of The Roslyn Mexican Grill‘s carnivore portion of the menu, but to find a truly good vegan meal is hard in larger cities so to find it in Roslyn, Washington is inspiring.
They boast that they serve “pre-hispanic Mexican food” which is getting back to the roots of 6000 years of culinary history. In addition, they have tequila tasting and incredible guacamole. You can see their menu here:
Roslyn Mexican Grill is located at 103 W. Pennsylvania St (main drag and across form The Brick and between Roslyn Pizza and The Roslyn Grocery Store) and worth a stop in even if you are just visiting town.
They offer great food for meat eaters, vegetarians, pescatarians, and vegans. My favorite vegan beauty off the Roslyn Mexican Grill menu is this one along with their guac and extra salsa, please:
